SmartHub Plan Ahead

How to sign up for SmartHub:

• Go to RTC’s website rtc.coop
• Click on “PAY BILL/SMARTHUB” tab on the top tool bar
  • This takes you to the SmartHub website.
• Click “Sign up to access our Self Service site.” You will need these things for your “New User Registration”:
  • billing account number
  • business name or last name
  • and your email address
• Fill out and click submit.

How to download the app and sign in:

• Look for the SmartHub app on your device app store
• Click to download and open
• If you already have an account, use your credentials to log in.
• Otherwise, select “Don’t have an account? Register now.” You will need these things:
  • billing account number
  • business name or last name
  • and your email address
• Click Continue
