FRS Youth Tour
Apply now for the 2021 Foundation for Rural Services (FRS) Youth Tour in Washington, D.C. – June 5-9, 2021.
How have RTC services impacted your life?
Write us a short essay and complete the application for a chance to win an all-expense paid trip to Washington, D.C. sponsored by RTC.
You must be a current high school junior to apply. Student must be a member of RTC. To be a member, you or your parents/guardians must have service from RTC. Student must be 16 or 17 at the time of the Youth Tour. FRS will not accept any student age 18 or over. To qualify, please send your application and essay to: RTC, PO Box 68, Parshall, ND 58770.

Cell Phones for Soldiers
RTC is an official Cell Phones for Soldiers drop-off location
Local residents can support this cause by donating their phones at the following locations:
